Great piece of equipment!
This is a good sturdy quality piece of equipment. I was afraid it might not be stable and function like some of the larger or more expensive reformers. This definitely holds it's own and I'm glad I got this one because I can keep it by the wall and then easily slide it over for the workout. All of the parts work smoothly. As far as the trampoline in the lying down position I need to start slowly or I get a little nauseous. Most importantly I have a herniated disc in my center back and the Pilates exercises are helping me enormously. I highly recommend it.
