I LOVE this pilates machine! It was relatively easy to put together - it took me about an hour. the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I like the video and the exercise map. I feel very comfortable on the machine....I would say I am as comfortable on this as I was on the one at the gym! It is great!More detail ...
